"NOVA" HIGH TEMPERATURE CD CELL SYSTEM – HMI TOUCH SCREEN MODEL

NOVA-Digital PLC based HMI Touch screen High Temperature CD Cell Test System is specifically designed to cater the needs for Laboratory, R & D, Quality Control, Analytical and Corrosion Testing Application.

The set up is consisting of Heating system capable of controlling, Temperature of SAMPLE PLATE and ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION at desired set temperature individually and control with the use of “NOVA” Cryo Water Circulation Bath System

The glass cell will be pressurized cell having following technical specification.

  • Rim at the bottom for clamping.
  • Volume of the Cell : 300mm approx
  • Dia of the Cell: 70/75mm approx
  • Glass coil provided for circulation of hot or cold water to maintain electrolyte solution temperature at 90/95˚C ±2°C or better.
  • Arrangement to feed water to compensate evaporated water and to maintain the electrolyte solution level. With Built-in circulation Peristaltic system.
  • Suitable silicone tube for water circulation.
  • Top portion having 4/5 neck suitable to fix platinum electrode, calomel electrode, temperature sensor/thermometer and condenser/water feed arrangement
  • The system is suitable to maintain plate temperature 120°C and electrolyte solution at 90/95˚C. ± 2˚C or as require set temperature.

    - Temperature Sensor – 1 No. for electrolyte solution
    - Condenser/Water feeding arrangement – 1 No
  • The above system will be provided with control panel with PLC HMI based temperature indicator cum controller to control and monitor electrolyte solution.
